You can tell so much about her from those images. Her smile and the happiness of everyone around her, tell the story of a special and wonderful person.
The loss of a family member is always terrible, but the loss of Trixie, who was so young, so full of happiness, youth, and hope is too terrible for words. One way to cope with the loss, to make some sense of the tragedy of it, is to honor her memory. To honor those aspects of Trixie that made the world a better place for us and everyone she knew.
She was brave, fun, happy, and full of love. She loved music, she loved talking, she loved her friends, and she especially loved her family – her brother Vino, Mico, her parents, her grandparents, her cousins, and her aunts and uncles.
We will never forget Trixie. I believe when we think of her, it will always make us smile as well as sad. Trixie, we will miss you.

You will always be in our hearts. The happiness and joy that are reflected in your smile will always be imprinted in our minds.
I remember our last summer together, and when you said goodbye,
"Tita Jen, I know I'm your favorite, right?"
